Palette Group LLC operates this Halloween Heist preview. This notice describes the current demo, not a future application or ticketing service.

The demo form

Applications are not open. Use fictional details only. Form entries stay in the page while you try the experience; this demo does not send them to our servers, save them in a database or browser storage, or send emails. Continuing resets the form and opens the lock animation. Resend and Google Sheets are not connected.

Hosting and technical information

Vercel hosts and delivers the site. Requests may involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of access for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Avoid putting personal information in page URLs. Our site does not install advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Protected Vercel preview links may use access-control cookies; your browser or extensions may also retain information independently of the site.

Vercel describes its own practices in its privacy notice. Technical data may be processed outside your country by our hosting provider.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include. We use that information to respond and handle your request, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send sensitive information or someone else's details without their permission.

Use, access, and retention

We use information to operate and protect the preview and respond to inquiries. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes; information may also be disclosed when legally required. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising through this demo. We keep correspondence only as needed to handle inquiries and meet applicable obligations. Hosting records are subject to the provider's retention practices; we do not promise immediate deletion of those records.

Contact us to ask about personal information associated with your visit or correspondence, or to request access, correction, or deletion. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity. The event is intended for adults age 21 and over; please do not provide information about children.
